Our association with Qmatic allows us to leverage the experience of one the world’s leading suppliers of customer experience management solutions to bring best practices from a global perspective to our clients in Canada.
Prior to establishing Trica CXM Solutions Ltd as Qmatic’s partner in Canada, Ole spent 5 years as both Vice President and a Board Member of Qmatic’s Canadian subsidiary. Qmatic’s decision to move to an indirect distribution model in Canada prompted Ole to assemble a team of partners with extensive experience in the retail and public sector markets to help build on the already well established customer base.
Ole previously held senior management roles with major Global technology companies such as ADP, HID, Philips Electronics, Datacard, and NBS, He has a long history of successfully leading large technology based teams on both a national and Global level.
Ole holds a Honours BA ( English) from Queen’s University.
Prior to co-founding Trica CXM Solutions Ltd, Ken spent 25 years with major players in the Public Sector arena across North America. His background includes senior consultative and management roles with Datacard, Digimarc, L-1 and , most recently with Sagem Morpho for whom he was responsible for building their presence in the Canadian Public Sector market.
Ken has been honoured many times over the years by both his peers and, more importantly, by his customers. Recognized as Associate member of the year by both CCMTA and AAMVA.
Deanne brings extensive financial experience from diverse industries where she applies a hands-on approach assisting companies, from start-ups to legacy organizations, transition and overcome challenges in order to achieve corporate objectives.
Deanne has spent the past 10 years in senior management roles with technology based companies, actively involved in reorganization through mergers and acquisitions. She has collaborated on system implementations, CRM and ERP deployments, process improvement, policy and procedure development, and supporting various departments through restructuring initiatives. Previously, Deanne advanced her career within the transportation sector after starting in the field at a local accounting firm servicing entrepreneurial businesses.
Chris brings over 5 years of experience in the IT sector to Trica CXM Solutions Ltd. Prior to joining the Trica team, he oversaw the implementation of enterprise level intelligent surveillance systems from the presales phase all the way through post-installation support. Chris successfully completed projects with public and private sector clients across Europe and North and South America developing strong problem solving skills and an understanding of human behavior from an operations perspective along the way. He now leverages these skills in the world of Customer Experience Management as a member of the Trica support and implementation team.
Chris holds a BA (Computer Science) from Hiram College.
